Unlike other student halls, we also host regular events that are often free to you. These events range from grab and go breakfast, to social mixers, summer parties and offsite events.
We have laundry facilities onsite; this is run by circuit and there is a small payment needed per load.
Our location being based just north of Leeds city centre means there are plenty of ways for you to get around. With all your local amenities, restaurants and bars just round the corner, walking will be your best bet when it comes to your food shops and general shopping. If you need to venture out further, there are excellent transport links, with regular bus services all over the city with bus stops right outside our building. Leeds mainline train station is 10 minutes away. Wanting to meet up with friends who live in Headingley? Hyde Park and Headingley are a short travel time away.

Scape Leeds is just around the corner from Leeds University and Leeds Beckett. Leeds uni is just a 10-minute walk from our new property, with Beckett campus only a 5-minute walk away. With great transport links and connections to all over the city, Scape is also a short trip away from other educational institutions across Leeds.
Yes, you can. The best way to make sure your group of friends live in the same apartment is by booking together. Reach out to our sales team bookings.uk@scape.com to help organise a group booking. Are you a group of 5 or more? Book together and get £200 off each. Or refer a friend and both receive a £200 Amazon voucher. For these offers, T&Cs do apply.
Your room will come fully furnished with an en suite bathroom, power shower, heated towel rail, comfy double bed with large under bed storage, spacious desk, wardrobe, and wooden floors throughout. You also have access to all the communal spaces in the building, and our friendly Scape staff are available 24/7.
For our rooms you can request a preference, but this cannot be guaranteed during room allocation. If you want to live with friends, please reach out to the sales team bookings.uk@scape.com to organise a group booking and be placed in the same flats.
Yes, guests can stay overnight. As a Scape resident you will need to check your guests in at reception or via the app.
We understand it can feel daunting moving to a new place. We have a packed events calendar to make sure there are lots of chance to meet other residents in the building and help you settle in quickly.

When you live with us there is a member of the Scape team onsite 24/7 to help. We also have a resident app which lets you ask our reception team questions, raise queries and maintenance requests anytime.
We also have a range of wellbeing resources, and our staff are mental health awareness trained.
Our reception is open 24/7 with a member of the Scape team available around the clock. There is CCTV around the premises. Your safety and security is our priority.
When you book to live in our student flats, we do ask for an installment payment each term. For residents moving in September 2024, your 1st installment and damage deposit will be due on the 1st August 2024. With your 2nd installment due on the 12th January 2025, and your 3rd installment due on the 12th April 2025.
To book a room at Scape Leeds we require a 2-week upfront payment. This is later deducted from your rent.
